I think that the most irresponsible one in the story would have to be Tommy. I think tommy was the most irresponsible because he read about something in a comic book then something kinda like that happened and he freaked out and made the whole neighberhood freak out and caused everybody to get in a giant fight.

I think that steve was the most responsible. I think that steve is the most responsible because he is the one who offers to drive down town to see whats going on. And because he wants to run a check on the neighberhood to see who is human and who aint. And he trys to stop everybody from being like a mob
